The 6th International Conference on Children's health and the Environment takes place in Łódź from 14 to 16th November 2011. It concerns latest research findings in children’s environmental health in general as well as the relationship between environmental contaminants and children's health in particular. 

The conference is organized by International Network on Children’s Health Environment and Safety (INCHES), Nofer Institute of Occupational Medicine (NIOM), WHO Country Office in Poland and Polish-Norwegian Research Programme. Among the scientific and organizing committee there are employees of NIOM's Department of Environmental Epidemiology.

Previous editions took place in Amsterdam (1998), Washington (2001), London (2004), Vienna (2007) and Bangalore (2010).
