As of August 21, 2015 another journal of NIOM, i.e. – „International Journal of Occupational Medicine and Environmental Health” (IJOMEH) – thanks to a positively completed evaluation process is indexed in the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).
DOAJ is the most important and the most complete directory of the reviewed biomedical journals with open access. The presence of journals that are published by NIOM in DOAJ enhances the chances of increasing the number of citations of articles published in them, and therefore, improves the chances of higher Impact Factor.
