It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our longtime and distinguished employee, Professor Stanisław Tarkowski.
 
In the years 1981–1995, an employee and director of the WHO Department of Health and Environment in Copenhagen, a longterm President of the Polish Society of Public Health, a member of Collegium Ramazzini – an elite association of scientists in the field of health and environmental protection.
